Here 2010 has started well. We have been selected by Alastair Sawday for his new guide "Go Slow France" where a handfull of hotels have been selected for their respect for the environment, food quality and personal welcome. We are really proud of it and once again it is the proof that being true to your deeper aspirations is the key to a successful personal/professional life.

As usual, while closed we are improving the hotel. This winter we are renovating the bathroom of the Terrace room and building a new fireplace in the Lauragais room. Armelle keeps planting the slopes and the terraces and we have brought back from Greece, three new varieties of figs trees for more yammy jams!! Of course we are still testing new recipes and the light lemon pie (without butter or flour) should rejoice the gourmet this year!!!
