Booking policy :
Reservations must be confirmed by fax, letter or email and will be guaranted following the payment of a deposit :Â
the cost of one night for stays of less than 3 nights
40% of the booking value for stays of 3 nights and above
Cancellation policy :
For cancellations received at least a month before due arrival date , we will refund the deposit (minus 15 euros for admin costs)
For cancellations received between two weeks and a month prior to arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded
For cancellations received less than two weeks before due arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded During your stay, if you decide to depart earlier than originally booked, 100% of the remaining room nights will be charged to your account.
OUR PRESENT RATES MAY BE CHANGED WITHOUT NOTICE IF THE ECONOMICAL SITUATION REQUIRES IT.  RATES INCLUDE ALL TAXES AND SERVICE
