A bus service connects Cuq Toulza, our village, to Toulouse and Castres but the timetables are limited. Another more regular line offers a stop in Auriac sur Vendinelle. With advance notice we can pick you up at either bus stop.

Cuq en Terrasses is mainly a calm relaxing getaway for couples. In order to preserve this peaceful environment we do not receive more than one family with children at a time and have dedicated the apartment by the pool for this purpose. We understand that children are full of joyful energy, nevertheless we count on their parents to enforce rules of respect for other people around them. If it is your child who makes the rules, we prefer that you choose another more suitable vacation location.

We accept well behaved, house trained pets in the apartments and guest rooms (except the yellow because the floor is carpeted). Please know that we have our own pets - two friendly, outgoing dogs and a cat.

Castres and Toulouse are 39 km away, Carcassonne and Albi are 55 km away. Revel and Lake Saint Ferreol are 15km away, Lavaur is 17km away.

In the village of Cuq Toulza just down the hill from Cuq en Terrasses (1.5km) you will find a small grocery, a café and a restaurant. Puylaurens, Revel and Lavaur offer a much wider selection of shops, boutiques, restaurants and weekly markets.

Our 18th century guest house was constructed with 4 floors but no elevators. Due to our hillside location and terraced grounds, access to the garden and the swimming pool requires the use of stairs. This configuration makes the use of a wheelchair very complicated because there are no ground floor rooms.

We do accept chèques vacances. Our payment terminal does not accept electronic chèques restaurant, but we do accept paper chèques restaurant.
