The Chef
After several years of traveling around France to learn alongside many Michelin-starred chefs (Julien Poisot, Julien Montbabut, Jean-Luc Rabanel), Bastien returned to his hometown to work with chef Michel Sarran, with whom he evolved as a sous chef for 5 years. Afterwards, he joined the kitchens of "La descente de la halles aux poissons" with double-starred chef Pierre Lambinon. With these experiences, he now takes over, alongside his friend from the Souillac hotel school and former head of service at "Jardins de l'Opéra", Charline Mage, the domain of Cuq en Terrasses.
Charline
Passionate about the world of hospitality and catering since always, Charline began her journey in the kitchen alongside the starred chef Stéphane Tournié (les Jardins de l’Opera 1*, place du Capitole in Toulouse).
This encounter was a true turning point in her professional and personal life.
Subsequently, she discovered the field of table art and honed her skills during various internships, notably at Alain Ducasse's Trattoria in Monaco.
Upon returning to Toulouse at the end of her studies, Chef Stéphane Tournié entrusted her with the position of dining room manager at his establishment when she was just 23 years old.
Charline held this position for 6 years before spreading her wings, taking over since last May, alongside Bastien, her friend she met at the Souillac Hotel School, the restaurant and guesthouse "Cuq en terrasses".
